This high performance Swiss type lathe delivers productivity, performance, and accessibility. With 3 tools in the cut simultaneously, up to 36 tools total (16 rotating), a large easy-access workzone, and the most powerful spindles in its class, the Swiss ST line provides flexible solutions to high-tech industries.

The Swiss ST’s modular design lets you choose from three configurations: Starter, Advanced, or MedTech.

Reliable, fast, productive, versatile, and very precise, the top of the line Tornos a-line also offers a huge assortment of available attachments and equipment. 10-12 independently controlled axes allow you machine the most complex parts with 4 tools simultaneously. 11-17 live tool positions are standard with more available as options.

The DECO e line draws from the experience gained by Tornos with the DECO a line machines to offer a cost effective alternative for the production of parts that don’t require an end unit. Multiple independent tool systems engage the materials simultaneously, reducing cycle times by balancing operations between main and counter spindles. Comes with 7-8 axes, 3 independent tool systems, and accepts up to 17 tools.

The modular Micros have a small footprint (about same size as a cam machine); and can achieve an amazing precision of ±2 microns using our precision tool system. Designed for smaller diameter parts of medium complexity, the Micros are equipped with five linear axes; 20 interchangeable tool positions; and spindle speeds up to 20,000 rpm. The Micro range is characterized by its ability to achieve very high standards of precision combined with unrivalled productivity and operating flexibility.

This range is made up of tailstock single spindle lathes designed for parts of simple to medium complexity. Capable of turning 1-1/2 inch bar stock, these machines are extremely versatile. The counter spindle is as powerful as the main spindle which greatly reduces cycle times. Because of its flexibility and ruggedness, the Sigma line can product parts significantly faster than other brands and produces flawless parts at those speeds. Offers 28 modular tool positions and six linear axes.
